Toyota Avalon

Though Chrysler is still known for its minivans, this model was a trailblazer. Buyers enjoy plenty of cargo area loaded with features. It hinted at luxury in 1990 and continued until 2016 with many of the models affordable today.

Chevy Volt

One of the earlier electric models, Chevy’s Volt was a subcompact car with a decent 53-mile range in all-electric mode. You can get a used model from 2019 for less than $35K, allowing you to break into the world of electric for your first model.
